About the Job
  • Install & Configure HP, Lenovo, IBM, Dell, Cisco servers & Blade Systems
  • Install & Configure Storage (SAN, NAS & DAS)
  • Installing & Configuring server spare parts
  • Perform Firmware updates
  • Troubleshooting device issues
  • Ability to detect the defective server spare parts and replace it
  • Install & Configure UPS
  • Install & Configure Microsoft Windows Server
  • Good Knowledge of Clustering & Network Teaming
  • Quality Control after solving the problem

Job Requirements

Qualification:

  • Bachelor of Computer Science, Electronics Engineering or equivalent
  • Basic network troubleshooting is a must
  • Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel…) is a must
  • Good to have the following courses (CCNA, A+, MCSA or MCSE)
  • Ability to be a good listener and to really understand a customer problem or question and help them solve it.
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to learn
