Job Description
Main Job Duties:
- Prepare annual training plan for company employees
- Prepare annual training plan for courses offered by the company for the public
- Contact training managers for customer companies to establish relationships
- Market the company courses with customer companies
- Updating the database for the company's customers
- Follow up the requirements of customers
- Prepare training offers
- Responsible for the execution of the training program
- Responsible for coordinating the necessary tools and equipment for the training courses and the proper execution of the training courses
- Responsible for coordinating the biennial Company Conference
- Responsible for the completion of the ISO 9001 requirements for the training department
- Evaluation and measurement of customer satisfaction after each training session discussed with the Director of the Department
Job Requirements
- Required academic qualification: Bachelor or equivalent
- Languages required: Arabic and English
- Years of experience: 3-5
- Skills and abilities: Ability to work within a team, Office/Windows computer skills, Ability to communicate with customers and respond to inquiries and complaints
