Main Job Duties:

Prepare annual training plan for company employees
Prepare annual training plan for courses offered by the company for the public
Contact training managers for customer companies to establish relationships
Market the company courses with customer companies
Updating the database for the company's customers
Follow up the requirements of customers
Prepare training offers
Responsible for the execution of the training program
Responsible for coordinating the necessary tools and equipment for the training courses and the proper execution of the training courses
Responsible for coordinating the biennial Company Conference
Responsible for the completion of the ISO 9001 requirements for the training department
Evaluation and measurement of customer satisfaction after each training session discussed with the Director of the Department

Required academic qualification: Bachelor or equivalent
Languages required: Arabic and English
Years of experience: 3-5
Skills and abilities: Ability to work within a team, Office/Windows computer skills, Ability to communicate with customers and respond to inquiries and complaints
