Job Description
- Set priorities of received menus and distribute them on the team.
- Monitor and evaluate the content outcome, in terms of on-time delivery.
- Send monthly & weekly performance reports (KPIs, score sheets, presentations).
- Validate daily report sheet of the team members, in terms of completion of work, and duration of content creation.
- Daily follow up with the team to make sure tasks are done.
- Daily communication with sales team and Account managers to set priorities & discuss target.
- Conduct regular meetings with team members to discuss the process, align with new updates, and coaching sessions, etc.
- Create files and shared folders with all necessary materials/changes to keep team members updated
