Job Description
- Prepare Baseline schedules in accordance to Project Management standards using Primavera P6.
- Arranging and participating in client/internal meetings and workshops to gather information required for the schedule.
- Maintain and update project schedules using Primavera P6.
- Analyze critical path and constraints to determine effect of changes to the schedule and recommend work-around.
- Prepare and analyze monthly status reports.
- Prepare resource histogram of project staff, manpower and equipment.
- Review and analyze incoming and outgoing correspondences related to the claim.
- Prepare narrative and contractual allegation for delay events.
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in planning using Primavera P6
- Technical writing and communication skills
- Fluent in the English language.
- Advanced skills in using excel
