Job Description
- Study the project drawings, specification, BOQs and other contract documents from the planning point of view
- Prepare baseline schedule (Client & Internal)
- Prepare monthly schedule update (Client & Internal)
- Engineering, Subcontractors and Procurement follow up
- Prepare daily, Weekly and Monthly report (Consultant & Internal Reports)
- Coordinate and communicate the project issues and progress with all project’s stakeholders
- Perform variance analysis and recommend corrective actions
- Prepare revised/recovery plans in case of schedule slippage.
- Preparing delay analysis for EOT claims
