Job Description
- Welcoming visitors and directing them to related department.
- Answering phone calls and forwarding it to related department.
- Creating and managing both digital and hard copy filing systems.
- Making travel arrangements and scheduling meetings.
- Dealing with bookings by phone, e-mails, letters, and fax.
- Copying, filing and maintaining paper or electronic documents and records.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from any discipline.
- Experience 2-3 years as a receptionist.
- Very Good English & Microsoft Office.
- V. Good Communication competencies.
- Cairo resident (Near to 5th settlement).
- Female only.
