Job Description
- Manage business plan activities throughout the lifetime of the project.
- Monitor project performance through reports , analysis and ensuring the development vision is accomplished efficiently and according to the time schedule.
- Update feasibility model with the finance team according to the milestones that happen in the project.
- Managing all stakeholders of the project to ensure the project development vision is coordinated with their areas of action.
- Managing project consultants , local and international and ensuring smooth communication of all project variables to ensure best results.
- Managing design stages from concept to tender documents and provide feedback to the design consultants.
- Developing product mix proposals and target market pricing.
- Managing the legal and permits process with authorities to ensure all development strategies are legally coordinated.
- Support marketing and sales teams with all info and briefing needed for efficient communication of the project concept.
- Produce project inventory and monitor sales activities.
Job Requirements
- BSc. In (Architecture or Business,), MBA is a Plus.
- Minimum 3 years of management experience within a Development department (7 years total experience).
- Real Estate Experience is a Must.
- English Fluency
- Office excellent, Can Read Arch. Documents through (AutoCAD, etc.).
