- Organize and coordinate office administration and procedures, in order to ensure
- organizational effectiveness and efficiency.
- Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
- Attend most of the meetings with the chairman and take notes/briefs
- Ensure office efficiency is maintained
- Perform review and analysis of projects’ progress reports and keep the management
- properly informed
- Make sure company policies are being applied
- Follow up with all departments and report to the chairman
- Maintain files and records with effective filing systems
- Ensure the security, integrity and confidentiality of data
- Manage internal staff relations
- Handle travel requirements (Airline Tickets, Hotels, Visas)
Job Requirements
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree
- Excellent English written and spoken
- German is a plus
- Excellent computer skills
- Experience of 2+ years in the construction sector is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Capacity to prioritize tasks and work under pressure
- Strong oral and written communication skills
