Job Description
- Determine the Company’s responsibilities for the Project by identifying project Scope, phases, and elements.
- Determine project specifications by studying product design, customer requirements, and performance standards; complete technical studies and preparing Project budget cost.
- Prepare the Master Schedule during the Tender Phase.
- Ensure the product performance, the design check we should need and conduct tests required.
- Determines project schedule by studying project plan and specifications; calculating time requirements; sequencing project elements.
- Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress; coordinating activities; resolving problems.
- Controls project plan by reviewing design, specifications, and plan and schedule changes; recommending actions.
- Controls project costs by approving Budget Cost variances; administering Subcontractor contracts.
- Prepares project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends; recommending actions.
- Developing Delay Analysis.
- Review Subcontract schedules and reports.
- Track payments and deadlines.
- Analyze and mitigate risk.
- Provide contract summaries and ensure contract execution in accordance with company policy.
- Prepare contract change notices, monitor contractor performance, including the reporting and status of Subcontractor and owner deliverable.
Job Requirements
- Engineering 1-3 years in the same role.
- Prefer Projects Management.
- Primavera program user is Must.
- Well organized and v. good business writing
- Excellent Communication & English.
- Time management, and teamwork ability.
