Job Description
- Handle all HR fields (Recruiting, Training, Payroll).
- Preparing and explaining human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees.
- Implementing organization’s recruiting strategy. Interviewing applicants. Administering pre-employment tests. Employee records.
- Processing employees allocation and terminations.
- Analyzing job duties. Job descriptions. Performing job evaluations and job analyses.
- Overseeing the hiring process, which includes coordinating job posts, reviewing resumes, and performing reference checks.
- Responsible for the Payroll.
Job Requirements
- University degree.
- Master degree or Diploma in HR is a plus.
- 2-4 Years of Experience in human resources.
- Good planning, highly organization skills with Innovative mindset.
- Excellent command of Arabic and English (written/spoken).
- Excellent command in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
- Excellent presentation, communication, and analytical skills.
- Preferred Nasr City, Sheraton, Heliopolis resident or surrounding.
