Job Description
Accountabilities, responsibilities and main duties:

- Support the delivery and management of a range of agreed examinations services to clients and customers in accordance with Corporate guidelines and Examining body regulations and systems.
- Manage financial transactions through FABS and carry out duties associated with the designated FABS role and other offline systems in line with Essential Finance
- Deal with first level enquiries and check application forms received have been completed accurately and signed.
- Assist colleagues in managing and orientating venue staff and setting up exam venues
- Provide a professional service that is in line with current legislation and best practice.
Key relationships: (include internal and external)
Exam candidates, Examining bodies, Partner organizations (Universities/institutes/schools), approved suppliers, Venue staff (Examiners & invigilators) and internal staff.
Other important features or requirements of the job
(e.g. travel, unsocial/evening hours, restrictions on employment etc)
The post involves frequent weekend work, frequent off-site work, occasional very early mornings and evening work, also occasional travel for trainings and meetings. Where applicable, this will be compensated with Time Off In Lieu. Strict adherence to exam security and administration requirements is an essential part of the job.
Job Requirements
- Computer Skills - Level 1
- Communication Skills – Level 1
- Excellent spoken & written English Level B1
- Excellent spoken Arabic
- Basic financial skills and cash functions
Experience :
- Minimum 1 year of administration work experience
Qualifications :
- University graduate or equivalent
