Leap Preschool is excited to announce an opening for the position of Admissions Executive at our New Cairo branch.
We are looking for someone who is motivated, detail-oriented, energetic.
Job Requirements
Minimum of 1 year of experience in admissions or a related administrative role
Strong proficiency in English
Bachelor’s degree (graduate)
Strong proficiency in Excel
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
Customer-oriented mindset with a professional and welcoming attitude
Experience in dealing with parents and handling inquiries is a plus
Responsibilities:
Engage in the enrollment process through:-
A-respond to clients’ inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits.
B-Organize and conduct tours of the preschool, providing detailed information about programs, facilities, and policies.
Promote our services to our clients and customers as per our standards.
Ensure all admissions procedures comply with the internal regulations and preschool policies.
