About the Job
  • Install, configure, and maintain personal computers & related equipment’s of associates at the desired level as per organization policy
  • Investigate user system issues, troubleshoot & identify the cause, determine possible fixes, test and implement them
  • Maintain network & data center hardware.
  • Maintain and manage regular data backup and recovery plan.

Job Requirements
  • Bachelors in Eng or any equivalent degree in IT Background
  • 2-3 years as an IT Technical Support / Help Desk
  • Certifications in CCNA and CCNP ( preferred )
  • Up-to-date knowledge and interest in networking technologies
  • Excellent communication skills (particularly the ability to communicate with staff who are not technical themselves)
  • Ability to keep calm in a crisis and to think clearly to solve problems.
  • Ability to prioritize workload.
