Job Description
- Perform the Help desk software administration - Service-Desk Plus (ticketing system)
- Diagnose problems encountered by all computer users throughout the company and determine whether a problem needs an outside help or can be fixed in-house and share in the User support activates
- Administrate and support the Remote access users for MI users
- Support the Internal & External events.
- Support Video conferences.
- Added software support
- Manage the Vodafone SIM Cards connections for the MI users
- Perform the Weekend administration activity
- Arrange the support needed for New ITS projects
- Respect of Company’s Values, Financial code of Ethics, code of Ethics and Social Charter
- Respect the personal data protection charter
- Responsible for assessing the risk of their domain of responsibility
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Support LAN, WAN, and Voice infrastructure
- Applying the ITS Infrastructure global security standards to the ITS environment
Job Requirements
- Very good English language (written & spoken).
- V.Good knowledge in MCSA& CCNA.
- Good communication skills.
- Males only.
