Planning Process:
I. Organization development process:
- Partner in Organization Redesign/restructure and developing charts.
- Oversee the plan of implementation the structure approval to give ROI insights
- Oversee the plan of communication the roles and responsibilities to ensure that all individuals are clear about their roles by having a comprehensive and detailed job description approved by the employee and their line manager.
Operation Excellence Process:
II. Performance Management process
- Provide the proper guidance on performance appraisal process, Goals settings process and coaching to employees.
- Ensure proper implementation of Performance Management System, Monitor and recommend on enhancements of the Performance Management System.
- Oversee the implementation of the performance management cycle to ensure that business objectives are achieved.
Customer Satisfaction Process:
I. Employee satisfaction
- Boost employee morale by implementing performance-based bonuses
- Calculate employee engagement metrics, like retention and turnover rates
- Design New Manager Orientation program for all managerial level new hire
Job Requirements
- Medical Bachelor’s degree (Pharmacy -Vet - Medicine ) .
- 2- 3 years of relevant experience
- Expert Knowledge of HR practices
- Post graduate degree is a plus.
- HR certification is highly preferred
- SHRM or HR diploma
