Job Description
Job Purpose:
- Your key responsibility will be growing new revenues at an individual level and contribute to the broader businesses goals.
- You will achieve this by building and developing the Performance (payment acceptance product) customer base by identifying target customers and acquiring new accounts through sales activities.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Identify potential accounts and build a prospect hit list for acquisition
- Build an excellent relationship with the customers based on credibility, reliability and responsiveness to all requests in a timely and professional manner
- Work closely with department Head in growing sales and drive revenue growth
- Provide top management with a daily, weekly, monthly reports with the market reactions and sales progress
- Achieve 100% of the assigned target on a monthly basis
- Identifying strategic partners & distribution channels in purist of growth opportunities
- Prepare for the participation in industry events and trade fairs
- Engage in sales calls and visits to all customers to showcase, develop and negotiate Performance contracts
- Keep partners and industry stakeholders informed of company offerings (e.g. new features in services, products and process movements)
- Grow and manage a team of sales reps to achieve business targets and goals
- Execute all sales steps required to deliver best customer experience and quality while maximizing revenue
Job Requirements
Requirements & skills
- You bring 5+ years of experience in B2B/Enterprise sales preferably in the technology industry with experience; previous experience in the payments industry is a big plus.
- You are fluent in English and Arabic
- You are self-driven and highly motivated to pursue a career in a young dynamic and growing company
- You have a high sense of work ownership
- You have excellent analytical and conceptual skills and your working style is pro-active and result oriented
- You are able to work and communicate in a fast-paced environment
