Job Description
- Resolving customer complaints on daily basis.
- Preparing and reviewing request for proposals or procurement requirements.
- Developing ways to gauge customer satisfaction levels.
- Follow up with all relevant departments to solve any complains.
- Helping to develop community newsletters or updates on a monthly basis.
- Maintain and create full documentation of the department.
