Job Description

  • Resolving customer complaints on daily basis.
  • Preparing and reviewing request for proposals or procurement requirements.
  • Developing ways to gauge customer satisfaction levels.
  • Follow up with all relevant departments to solve any complains.
  • Helping to develop community newsletters or updates on a monthly basis.
  • Maintain and create full documentation of the department.

Job Requirements

  • Strong organization skills.
  • Customer Oriented.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
  • Very good problem-solving.
  • Experience in same field is a must- minimum 2 years.
  • Job Location: New Cairo (Trio Project).
