Job Description

  • Transfer data from paper formats into computer files or database systems using keyboards, data recorders or optical scanners
  • Type in data provided directly from customers
  • Create spreadsheets with large numbers of figures without mistakes
  • Verify data by comparing it to source documents
  • Update existing data
  • Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested
  • Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation
  • Sort and organize paperwork after entering data to ensure it is not lost
  • Input formats and codes for entry and output of data
  • Acts as information source to company employees and other interested parties regarding assigned activities, Operations,Etc.
  • Efficient, Professional Communication with customers to keep them engaged with Process Progression, Follow up, Complaints via telephone communication, E-mails, ETC
  • Entering customer requests and inquiries from source documents within time limits
  • Compiling, verifying accuracy and sorting information to prepare source data for computer entry
  • Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities and checking output
  • Ability to work with data base including inputting data into data base, running queries and managing data base records and reports 

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as data entry clerk
  • Fast typing skills; Knowledge of touch typing system is strongly preferred
  • Working knowledge of office equipment and computer hardware and peripheral devices
  • Basic understanding of databases
  • Good command of English both oral and written and customer service skills
  • Great attention to detail
  • Fresh graduate, or one year Experience
  • Good command of Microsoft office suite (Word, Excel, Power point) 
  • Strong Arabic and English verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to interact with team members professionally
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Open to learning new skills and adjust to dynamic work environment 
  • Educational level Bachelor's
