Job Description
- Develops and maintains sales operating plan for the sales team that includes opportunity map, target accounts, forecast.
- Set the expansion sales network
- Enlarge the sales network by adding new customers, re-activate the stopped B2B customers.
- Follow-up and supervise the interaction with new customers
- Set the individual sales target per salesperson
- Create a sales network for business products (label printers and business calculators)
- Maintains his sales team’s job results by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Follow up the payment from all dealers and customers
- Maintaining statistical, sales, and financial records
- Maintain the CRM database
- Maintain business relationship with existing customers and build partnerships with sales channels
- Follow up and update management for the brand positioning within all assigned channel
- Working with other departments in the organization (Product, Finance, etc.)
- Support HR department for the team evaluation and identifying the training needs for all his reporting teams
