Job Description
- Consider strategy for enterprise-level solutions for data reporting and visualization needs across multiple project types and use cases.
- Responsible for supporting various business units within the organization to help them develop reporting solutions that align with the company’s vision through business analytics.
- Understand and organize information on problems or procedures, including present operating procedures.
- Plan, develop, and deliver data visualization products, including dashboards, charts, reports, and infographics.
- Work closely with the data engineer and backend developers in creating and maintaining the company’s data marts and data warehouse.
- Conduct data cleansing and ETL operations using SQL and M languages, load it with either import or direct query mode.
- Execute data modeling to best solve current and future reporting needs with fine-tuned performance.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and design and implement reports and dashboards using Power BI.
- Write DAX codes to calculate measures and tables as needed to meet business requirements with full documentation.
- Apply and enhance company branding for all information management products and reports.
- Design and deliver static reports with cooperation with the media unit.
- Utilize Power BI Embedded to provide the organization and customers with the best reporting solution to cover their business needs at the most efficient cost.
- Do any other relevant tasks requested by the management.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business analytics roles with Power BI or equivalent business intelligence systems and tools.
- Experience with Microsoft Fabric for integrated analytics solutions.
- Proficiency in DAX for creating calculated fields and measures in Power BI.
- Experience working in Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Azure cloud environments.
- Familiarity with mobile layout design for responsive reporting.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite; advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, formulas, macros, VBA, M, DAX, charts/graphs.
- Knowledge of ETL processes and data warehouse concepts.
- Advanced SQL knowledge and experience in analytical functions.
- Experience with Python or similar scripting languages for data manipulation.
- Ability to develop and present end-user training programs and communicate technical information to non-technical personnel.
- Ability to develop and document repeatable standardized procedures while adhering to existing protocols.
