Job Description
District Management
- Participates in setting the weekly district targets with the district manager to ensure proper execution of the district sales plan.
- Arranges appointments in coordination with district manager to ensure covering KOL & VIP physicians as per the company guidelines.
- Executes the call plans & visits as agreed with the district manager to provide updates on AMG services and keep abreast of client requirements.
- Builds and maintains strong partnership with customers to uplift AMG physician advocates.
Customer Relation Management
- Ensure (CRM) data is up-to-date and properly captured for the designated district.
Market Trends
- Analyze and monitor market intelligence from customer interactions, competitor activities and industry trends to identify new opportunities and inform business decisions
- Attends conferences, workshops, and training sessions to stay informed about industry developments and enhance product knowledge.
Reports
- Prepares and submit regular reports on sales activities, customer interactions, and territory performance to management
Job Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as pharmaceuticals, science, Vet, and Dentistry
- 0 to 3 years of previous experience in medical sales or a related field is often preferred.
- Very Good Computer Skills
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills are essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with CRM systems can be advantageous.
- Good Command of the English language.
