Job Summary: 

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Agent/Specialist based in Cairo, Egypt. If you have a passion for travel and a knack for providing outstanding customer experiences you will be responsible for embarking on a journey to assist travelers in planning their dream getaways. As the first point of contact for our customers, your enthusiasm for tourism and exceptional communication skills will be instrumental in ensuring seamless and delightful travel experiences.

   

Duties & Responsibilities:

* Engage with customers via live chat, email, and phone to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide support throughout their journey.

* Guide travelers through the website, offering expert advice on navigating our platform and accessing an extensive range of travel options.

* Assist customers in booking tours, accommodations, and other travel services, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable booking process.

* Stay updated on the latest travel trends, destinations, and promotions to offer personalized recommendations to our valued customers.

* Handle customer feedback and complaints with empathy and professionalism, aiming to turn challenges into opportunities for customer satisfaction.

* Collaborate closely with our travel partners to ensure seamless coordination and the delivery of exceptional services.

Job Requirements

* At least 1 year of proven experience in customer service, with a focus on the tourism industry.

* Passion for travel and an in-depth knowledge of various destinations, cultures, and travel experiences.

* Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.

* Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced and customer-focused environment.

* Familiarity with online travel platforms and a quick grasp of new technologies.

* Problem-solving skills and the ability to provide quick and efficient resolutions to customer inquiries.

* Fluency in multiple languages is a plus, allowing for broader customer support.
