Job Description

As the Sales Section Head, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to meet and exceed membership targets. You will lead a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure successful outreach and engagement with potential members. Your leadership will be critical in enhancing our community and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve membership growth targets and revenue goals.
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of sales representatives, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
Customer Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with potential members, understanding their needs and promoting Soil’s offerings.
Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze sales metrics, providing regular reports to senior management on team performance and areas for improvement.
Training and Development: Organize training sessions and workshops to enhance the skills of the sales team and improve their effectiveness.
Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and community teams to align sales initiatives with broader organizational goals and enhance member engagement.
Customer Feedback: Gather and analyze customer feedback to refine sales strategies and improve the overall member experience.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success in a leadership role, preferably in the co-working or real estate industry.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership abilities, with experience in managing and developing a sales team.
  • Sales Acumen: Excellent understanding of sales principles and practices, with a strategic mindset and strong negotiation skills.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to make informed decisions based on sales metrics.
