Job Description
JOB DUTIES:
- Providing quality customer service
- Keeping record of patients; and generating all reports related to the guest agenda, satisfaction, requirements, etc.
- Fulfilling all requests from the patients to ensure their comfort, satisfaction and safety.
- Administering all reservations, cancellations and no-shows.
- Managing time efficiently and working on the weekly schedule of operations.
- Coordinating with the hospital and Dr. Ahmed Marzouk's team.
- Dealing with all potential guests inquiries in a professional and courteous manner, in person, on the telephone or via email.
- Responding to any crisis faced with a positive and professional attitude.
- Supervising the work flow at the clinics and helping initiate a reservation system for the best interest.
Job Requirements
- Proficiency in English Language (preferably private language school graduate).
- Excellent Communication Skills.
- Residency in Tagamo3 or Rehab or nearby places
- Bachelor degree in any discipline.
- Presentable and self-motivated.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively.
