Responsible for talent acquisition in the Egypt for all corporate functional positions
Ability run end to end recruiting process from sourcing to closing
Familiar with local recruiting channels
Assist in taking care of Egypt company operation and local team management
Responsible for vendor management such as, recruitment, financial and legal, etc.
Screen and select candidates effectively by assessing both the technical and/or business skills as well as the cultural fit within the YY environment
Responsible for organization development and other HR functions, such as BP, payroll calculation, etc.
Work location: Maadi Technology Park

University degree (preferably in HR) or related field
2-5 years of both in house and agency HR experience with strong recruiting and staffing skills, preferably experiences in the Internet or shared service industry
Fluent English skills (both written and verbal)
Basic knowledge about local labor law and financial
Excellent interpersonal skills and communication management skills with service oriented attitude
Experience in team, office operation and vendor management is preferable
Passion to continuously develop yourself and your processes
Flexibility and ability to work in a rapidly changing environment.
