Job Description
- Collect and analyze data related to the company’s operational costs.
- Set and maintain standard costs for manufactured goods.
- Develop and implement cost control systems and procedures.
- Prepare accurate cost estimates and budgets for projects, products, or services.
- Determine the costs of business processes, including administration, labor, logistics, and shipping.
- Perform account reconciliations and ensure accurate financial records.
- Recommend process and policy improvements to reduce costs and maximize profitability.
- Manage the company’s balance sheet and accounting books.
- Provide cost-based financial advice to executives and upper management.
- Support the accounting team with invoicing and capital expenditure tracking.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Cost Management, or a related field.
- Professional certification, such as CMA, is preferred.
- Minimum of 8–10 years of relevant experience, preferably in manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, or similar industries.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, accounting software, and financial databases.
- Ability to handle and analyze large volumes of data.
- In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, practices, standards, and regulations.
- Exceptional attention to detail and high accuracy in work.
