Job Description
- Handle all coming/outgoing calls of the call center
- Provide best possible service to both external and internal customers to achieve highest level of customer satisfaction
- Handle and solve all inquiries, requests and complains received via all channels available (phone, e-mail, online chat and …. Etc)
Job Requirements
- Good experience in travel reservation services a minimum of 2 years
- Very good command of English written and spoken
- Outgoing and energetic attitude
- Outgoing listening skills. Practice active listening- do not interrupt customers, but engage with them
- Multi-tasking ability
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities
- Very good computer experience
- Age less than 35
