Job Description
- Coordinate with hiring managers to define necessary requirements for open roles in head office & farms all over Egypt.
- Develop candidate talent pipelines through sourcing channels, recruitment campaigns, internet searches, networking groups, social media, database search, and referrals
- Measure source of hire and time-to-fill for each role
- Research and recommend new sourcing tools and techniques
- Manage the recruitment process throw the HRIS system and apply all recruiting process steps on time.
- Fulfill existing open vacancies to ensure alignment of recruitment with manpower plan
- Create job offers for accepted candidates and do the needed archival
- Frequently reporting and reviewing all recruitment metrics (time to fill// Cost per hire) to ensure effective recruitment cycle that meets the company objectives.
- Explore the market best practice in the recruitment and staffing and implement appropriate best practices in the organization.
- Monitors and constantly reduce the costs of the recruitment process.
- Conduct initial interviews for blue / white collars using CBI and other assessment techniques.
- Prepare all recruiting reports such as Time to fill, cost per hire, Fill rate, etc.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in business administration or any relevant field
- Post graduate diploma in human resources is a must.
- Very good in written and spoken English
- 3-5 years of experience in mass recruitment and executive search for blue collars
- Advanced knowledge of sourcing techniques
- Excellent communication and persuasion abilities
- Time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple open roles simultaneously
