- Evolve ideas, proposals, initiatives to measurable donation programs and projects
- Develop new and creative fundraising activities
- Building and maintaining long-term fundraising relationships
- Increase funds through researching and targeting charitable trusts and CSR organizations
- Project selection criteria supports the strategic plan
- Produce a project plan for successful delivery
- Plan and run projects using best practices in a 6-step project management process
- Implement monitoring tools and controls to keep fully in command of the project
