- Communicate directly with customers and understand their requirements
- Handle all customer requests and follow up internally with different company departments
- Monitor task progress, solve relevant problems and maintain the process flow
- Deliver data to customers as appropriate
- Handle customer complaints/tickets and track their resolution
- Prepare status/reports when requested
Job Requirements
- Fluent in English (speaking, reading and writing)
- The candidate must have bachelor's degree (Electrical Engineering/Electronics)
- Military service status as exempted, passed or postponed for males
- Banha residents (or around it) are preferable
- Fast learner
- Dealing with MS Office apps. (Excel is a must)
- Good knowledge about electronic components
