Job Description
- Acquiring new vendors/sellers to sell their products on Farawlaya.com as marketplace.
- Manage Marketplace sellers to build their business on Farawlaya.com starting from acquiring selection, content creation, inventory management, to orders fulfillment.
- Analyze customer data and make recommendations to maximize returns in line with opportunities & KPIs.
- Achieve growth targets for both quantity and quality of selection, seller performance and sales.
- Understand the e-commerce industry and competitive environment including knowledge of competitive product offerings & margins.
- Engage with sellers to understand their needs and fit with Farawlaya.com services product set.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams (Content, Marketing, Order Management, and Warehouse) to facilitate seller/account’s growth.
Job Requirements
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3+ years of relevant experience in retail, operations, product or program management, and/or business management/consulting with a proven record of accomplishment in team management, negotiations and delivering results.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years of relevant experience in E-commerce or similar industries.
- Ability to think and react in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
- Advanced experience with Excel, or other analytical/business intelligence tools.
- Highly polished communication skills - speaking, writing, presenting and negotiating.
- Ability to operate simultaneously and effectively in both tactical and strategic modes.
- The English language is a must and any other languages are plus.
- Experience in lingerie & home wear industry is a must.
