Job Description
- Responsible for cost control aspects of construction projects.
- Manages multiple construction project simultaneously in an organized manner.
- Coordinates with planning, estimation team production and teamwork.
- Examines and reviews all project contract tender documents, including: BOQs, drawings, specs, contract etc.
- Ensures project pricing is updated and precise.
- Works with Project team and purchasing to control project costs.
- Coordinates with multiple suppliers and subcontracts to ensure the best offers.
- Initiates and attends meetings with team.
- Assists Manager with any technical duties necessary.
Job Requirements
- Civil Engineering Graduate
- Languages: Arabic / English Fluent
- Skills: Auto Cad, Microsoft Office, etc
