Job Description
- Declaration of all employees of administrative decisions after their adoption.
- Development of fleet lines for transport vehicles and the organization and distribution of Orders.
- Follow up delivery of goods to customers and collect cash and delivery accounts.
- Ensure that facilities comply with government regulations and environmental, health and security standards.
- Provide weekly, monthly, semi-annual and annual reports to management and make written recommendations.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a facilities manager or relevant position
- Well-versed in technical/ operations and facilities management best practices
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Good analytical/critical thinking
- Relevant Experience (e.g. FMCG) will be an advantage
