Job Description
- Handle recruitment process from filtering, screening till hiring.
- Responsible for collecting, filtering resumes.
- Conduct initial interviews if required and make assessment reports.
- Phone interviews & face to face interviews with shortlisted candidates.
- Responsible for updating manpower, headcount regarding resignations and recruiting
- Conducting monthly Salaries & Attendance.
- Handles HR activities such as staffing, recruitment, training, performance, evaluations. job requirements
- Involving responsibility for the interpretation and application of rules, laws, and policies.
Job Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline
Job Specific Skills:
- Resident in Alexandria is a must.
- Expertise in HR policies and procedures.
- Strong knowledge of hiring processes
- Sound judgment and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-focused attitude, with a high level of professionalism and discretion
- Excellent communication skills
- Minimum Experience: 3 – 5 years.
