Job Description
- Install, configure, test and maintain Cisco systems, application software and system management tools specially for Collaboration/Voice and Enterprise Network Solutions.
- Provide remote and on-site customer support and services.
- Analyze technical issues and develop resolutions in a timely fashion.
- Proactively ensure the highest levels of installed systems and infrastructure performance.
- Achieves assigned productivity quotas.
- Maintains high customer satisfaction ratings that meet company standards.
- Works closely and collaboratively with the presales and sales teams supported.
- Report to Customer Services & Support Manager.
Job Requirements
- Hold Current CCNP Collaboration or CCNP Voice certification.
- Hold Current CCNA Routing & Switching
- Hold BSc. of Communication / Electronics Engineer
- Proven Track of implemented projects
