Job Description
We are searching for an account manager for a reputable marketing consultant agency that is dedicated to build-strategy based campaigns
Responsibilities:
- Create a long-term trusting relationship with customers by maintaining phone calls & face to face contact
- Understand customers’ needs and explain product value
- Collecting and analyzing data to learn more about consumer behavior.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
- Resolving complaints and preventing additional issues by improving processes
- Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis.
- Collaborating with internal departments to facilitate client need fulfillment.
- Acting as a client advocate with a focus on improving the buyer experience
Job Requirements
- Fluency in English
- Minimum 1 year proven account management or other relevant experience.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to collect, tracks, and analyze large amounts of data.
- Adaptability and strong problem solving skills.
- Excellent active listening skills.
- Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and externally.
