Job Description
- Finding/prospecting new accounts in assigned industries
- Demonstrating our capabilities in sales meetings
- Responsible for identifying client needs and working with Design & Development department to create matching solutions
- Technical understanding and presenting our solutions to clients
- Closing sales deals inline with assigned target
- Growing and retaining assigned existing accounts
- Ensuring providing adequate service level to clients by following up with all stake holders
- KPI’s

- Adhering to sales process
Job Requirements
- 3+ years experience in selling Training or HR related services .
- Proven track record of sales achievements in prospecting new accounts and managing/retaining large accounts .
- Strong experience with need based/consultative selling approach .
- Fluent in English .
