About the Job

We as leading company in the sport and fitness industry specialized in sport facilities construction representing worldwide leading brands in Egypt; are looking for an experienced office manager.

Responsibilities

  • Answering and directing phone calls
  • Organizing and scheduling appointments
  • Planning meetings and taking detailed minutes
  • Data Entry
  • Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  • Develop and maintain a filing system
  • Update and maintain office policies and procedures
  • Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
  • Maintain contact lists
  • Submit and reconcile expense reports
  • Provide general support to visitors
  • Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients

Job Requirements

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent.
  • English competency
  • Computer Skills
  • Flexible
  • Presentable
  • Passion for the sport and fitness industry
