TITLE: T&T Network Installation Support Specialist GRADE: 9LOCATION: EgyptPOSITION SUMMARY AND KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY: Support for Cisco products provided by the personnel that is most knowledgeable and experienced about the underlying problem or question and is utilized when efforts to resolve the problem or question by Field technician when Field technician working with end customer. If Support cannot resolve the inquiry or problem, the inquiry or problem is directed to the appropriate next level support (PS or TAC) or third party for resolution which is usually Vendor and/or Engineering, including:

  • Assisting Filed engineers with Cisco equipment replacement with product is in production
  • Reviewing configurations of the customer existing setup
  • Working closely with PS and TAC in order to resolve the issue
Job Requirements


  • Cisco CCNA R&S and equivalent work experience are must have.
  • Must be prepared to work in shifts and be available for On-Call rotation if required.
  • Any other Cisco certification is an advantage.
  • Fluency in English is a must, Fluency in French is beneficial.
  • Highly skilled/certified technician with in-depth Cisco products knowledge
