Marketing Product Specialist
Overall Responsibilities
Product Manager will report to Marketing director and is responsible for overseeing all new product designs and ensuring that packaging needs of operations are being met. Said person will also be in charge getting feedback from partners and customers and amending as needed.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Plan and take part in the launch of new products and involve several different departments in such launches including design at TNC as well as Sales team
- Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes for packaging and design
- Establish timescales for development of new products and packaging with TNC design team
- Coordinate between TNC design team and packhouse operations to make sure designs and prototype fit all specifications and are delivered in time.
- Ensure packaged product quality meets company standards
- Represent the company by visiting customers to solicit feedback on company products and services
- Create product content such as case studies, videos, website copy and blog posts
- Test new product
- Research competitor offerings and react when appropriate
Job Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills including leading and participating in formal presentations.
- Graphic design experience is a +
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment.
- Self starter, able to work under own management;
- Strong computer skills. Microsoft Office, other programs as it pertains to this position.
- Excellent spoken and written English and Arabic
