Main Job Duties:
- Establishes and maintains appropriate systems for measuring necessary aspects of developing HR department.
- Liaises with other functional / departmental head so as to understand all necessary aspects and needs of HR development, ensures they are fully informed of HR objectives, purpose and achievements.
- Contributes to the evaluation and development of HR strategy and performance in co-operation with the executive team.
- Develops and Maintains healthy relation with Govt. and Non Govt. Organizations for better and fast functioning of organization.
- Create and implements all HR policies and procedures
- Setting yearly budget for HR & Administration department and work with all concerned departments to achieve it.
- Designs the organization structure that justifies the company’s required divisions and personnel stating the functional description of every department
- Creates the annual manpower-plan, (personnel planning and recruiting) and managing all the processes of the employees testing and selection
- Managing the organizational development functions which includes (Organization charts, job analysis, and job description) that increases the job satisfaction level.
- Manages the employees career-path and all of the succession and retention plans
- Establishes strategic pay plans. Annual updating of the salary grading / structure, and the employee's compensations and benefits (Pay for performance system and financial incentives)
- Managing employees training system and plan that addresses company training needs including training needs assessment, new employee orientation, or on boarding, and management development
- Defines the organizational behavior, and culture and describe its common characteristics (Managing all the processes of the changing the organization's culture)
- Plans for employee’s performance management; develop tools for appraisal, job evaluation and development. Setting the objectives of all employees
- Oversees internal talent assessment and development processes, in order to maximize employee contribution and commitment.
- Managing Administration department and all the facilities in the (HO and factories).
- Managing all service functions of the Head Office and factories including: Maintenance, Landscape, Housekeeping, Kitchen, Restaurant and Clinic.
- Responsible for negotiating, implementing and follow up of rental deals for properties of the company.
- Manages the communication with the governmental authorities in matters like electricity, water, permissions...etc.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in business administration or related and post graduate studies in Human resources is a must
- 12-15 years of experience in Human resources field with minimum 7 years of experience as a HR Manager
- Previous experience in big multinational FMCG companies is highly preferable
- Previous experience in industrial environments is a must.
