Job Description
- In depth diagnosis to solve customer’s printers problem.
- Determine cause and Isolate problem.
- Determine the defective Spare Part (if required).
- Handling imaging and printing customer’s problems
- Lead junior engineers in imaging and printing unit.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent
- 2 to 3 years’ experience in imaging and printers support is a must
- Basic network troubleshooting is a must
- Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel…) is a must
- Ability to work under pressure
- Language: Good English spoken and written is a must
