EDGE Pro is a fast growing company which is expanding geographically as well as in size. We are looking for a Human Resources Manager to join our team in this transition period with a mission to analyze the current status of the company and create a vision to drive the present and future expansion.
The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for analyzing the current status and developing strategies for the following main activities:
- Company structure
- Recruitment and selection
- Staff compensation and benefits
- Appraisal system
- Staff Training and developments
The Human resources Manager will be reporting directly to CEO.
Job Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in HR
- Strong analyzing, problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Good leadership and interpersonal skills
- Comprehensive knowledge of labor law
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to organize, prioritize and schedule work assignments
