Job Description
The aim of this role is to ensure that Quintessentially delivers on each corporate agreement; the successful candidate will manage the daily operation of each corporate account, in line with each partnership agreement and SLAs. The below describes the MAIN DUTIES of the position:
- Responsible for managing each corporate account on the CRM, ensuring all information is up-to-date and regular housekeeping of all records.

Responsible for daily/weekly/monthly reporting and communication with corporate partners relating to memberships and utilization.
- Working with Operations Manager on distributing tasks to Lifestyle Managers team and ensuring that the correct communication is in place.
- Managing all member collateral; ensuring production and distribution of membership collateral for each corporate account.

Work with the Operations Manager to increase usage from corporate Members of the Lifestyle services

Working closely with the Benefits Manager to ensure relevant suppliers are contracted and to produce regular proactive material.
- Attend Business Development meetings and new pitches for corporate accounts.
Job Requirements
- An understanding of an Account Management role and/or business development experience.
- In-depth understanding of requirements involved in the lifestyle management of affluent, high-net worth individuals.
- Possess a minimum of 2-3 years Account Management/Customer Service knowledge.
- An understanding/familiarity with CRM systems. Operations background would be desirable.

Excellent written & oral communication - fluent English and Arabic is a MUST. Other languages are advantageous.

Outstanding project management skills – effectively manage requests from initiation to completion.
