Job Description
- Will handle all the processes of the trip regarding buses and hotels and all the papers required
- To liaise with overseas Tour Operators regarding any pre and post queries under supervision of Tourism Manager
- To assist Tourism Manger in designing itineraries and tour programs and their quotations
- To negotiate rates/contracts of Hotels, Transportation, restaurants . . . etc.
- To receive and organize all in-coming bookings/requests
- To action all bookings/reservations, confirmations and amendments including hotels, transfers, guides and flights' requests
- To collate and check all final travel documentation and itineraries
- To execute ground arrangements and follow up quality of services
- To check and send booking invoices to agents and direct clients
- Post booking support to overseas Tour Operators & direct clients via email
- To process incoming payments via credit/debit card
