Job Description

Main Duties:

  • Looking for someone to help me manage my day to day across all businesses n Egypt and Internationally.
  • I travel a lot, in and out of Cairo and looking for someone to help me organize my calendars, multiple email inbox , screen my calls, make important calls for me and answer questions and conduct research into any area in question.
  • Researching purchases, online categorization, negotiations over emails or phone, liaising with other staff, are all everyday activities of this role.
  • Looking for someone with a go to attitude, a fast talker, eloquent speaker and strong fluent English (I do not speak Arabic)
  • I am young entrepreneur who bounces from meetings, workshops & seminars with multiple businesses in a variety of sectors, managing over 50+ staff in three countries.
  • I never sleep, always need things done yesterday and need someone who knows what I am thinking before i've said it.
  • A polite tone of voice is most important in speaking English with all matters and dealings in my companies and so a impressionable style of conversation is most important.
