Job Description
Job Summary,
Perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties include providing support to the Business Development manager, assisting in daily office needs and managing The Business Development Department's general administrative activities.
Responsibilities:
- Organize and schedule appointments for the Business Development Manager
- Plan meetings and take detailed minutes.
- Write and distribute emails, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
- Maintain contact lists when required.
- Submit and reconcile expense reports.
- Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree
- Fluent English language
- Excellent user of Microsoft Office Applications
- Experience of 1 to 3 years as Administrative Assistant.
