Job Description
- The Sales Account Manager will Generate related leads, build sales pipelines and consistently work to meet or exceed sales revenue targets.
- Follow up the social media search engines.
- Tailor customized courses to customers/organizations, follow up running their course till having their evaluation at the end.
- Follow up before and after sale and meet customers' satisfaction.
- Liaise with the marketing and management team to design sales campaigns, track performance, and report results periodically to the management.
- Maintain good working relationships with new and existing clients to enhance client retention and new sales through referrals and references.
- Build and expand market position by analyzing the professional training market/ competitors as well and suggest new courses or consulting offerings based on regional demand.
Job Requirements

- Successful candidate should have from 1 to 3 years proven experience in sales positions for companies (not showrooms or shops)
- Strong and verifiable written skills; English and Arabic
- Excellent selling skills by phone, in-person and written
- Self motivated, energetic, cheerful and target driven
- Experienced in conducting cold-calls and sales meetings
