Job Description
- ERP/Applications module administration.
- Administration of users creation, privilege, and support.
- Portal administration.
- Good knowledge and Experience with Microsoft operating systems, Active Directory & Domain architecture, Group Policy, DNS, OS security, WSUS, Migrations, emails, and systems patching.
- Performing user acceptance testing.
- Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.
- Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
- Performing requirements analysis.
- Documenting and communicating the results of your efforts.
- Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
- Provide leadership, training, coaching, and guidance to new staff.
- Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.
- Updating, implementing and maintaining procedures.
- Serve as a coordinator between stakeholders and users.
- Provide the required technical and application support to users.
- Monitor deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects.
- Ability to communicate technical information, both verbal and written to a wide range of end-users.
Job Requirements
- Able to provide support in a 24x7 production environment.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience.
- Knowledge of MCSA.
- Analytical Skills.
- Knowledge of Odoo administration is a plus.
- Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills

- The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
- Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills
