Job Description

● Provide clients with technical support as needed and relay information to our development teams for ongoing maintenance and update needs

● Optimize applications by integrating new technologies and performing upgrades

● Contribute to sales presentations, as well as demonstrating prototypes and completed applications

● Perform diagnostic tests and debugging procedures while improving code and re-designing tasks

● Generate ideas for software innovation based on market trends

● Document development processes, procedures and application version histories

● Keep up with advancements in application engineering and new technologies

 


 

Job Requirements

o Demonstrated expertise in SQL databases such as Oracle and MongoDB, as well as proficiency in SQL querying using tools like Toad and SQL Developer.
o Proficiency in programming languages including Java SE essential for developing and maintaining software solutions.
o Familiarity with web servers such as Nginx, Apache, and IIS, crucial for deploying and managing web applications.
o Experience working with REST and SOAP APIs, enabling seamless integration of various software components.
o Competence in Linux operating system, including shell scripting, for managing server environments and automating tasks.
o Experience with Jira and other ticketing systems, ensuring efficient tracking and resolution of software issues.
o Proficiency in using MobaXterm, FTP, and SSH for remote server access and file transfer, essential for supporting distributed systems.

Non-Technical

o Ability to prepare technical write-ups, manuals, and documentation related to software applications and solutions.
o Skilled in providing professional training and support to clients, ensuring smooth implementation processes for the company's solutions.
o Excellent client relations skills to effectively communicate with stakeholders, understand their needs, and provide satisfactory solutions.
o Capable of developing innovative tools and solutions to enhance deployment, development, testing, implementation, and support processes.
o Proficiency in providing application and software support, as well as conducting thorough software testing to ensure quality and reliability.
o Familiarity with payment solutions and the fintech industry, including loyalty platforms, is essential for understanding the company's products and clients' needs.
o Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, demonstrating teamwork and cooperation in achieving company goals.
o Strong analytical abilities to assess complex technical issues, troubleshoot problems efficiently, and propose effective solutions.
